Returns and Exchanges

Refund Policy

All orders within 15 days of received are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. All orders over 15 days of received  are NOT eligible for a full refund but are eligible for a store credit or exchange for items of the same value, then you must pay the difference of the items (s) that are greater in value.

Orders over 30 days are NOT eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

RETURN POLICY

Complimentary returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order All Items must be in unused original condition with BoazFaith item tags must be unused and in the same condition. Merchandise worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and No exceptions will be accepted. It must be in its original packaging. Refund will be issued in the form of the original payment or a Store Credit

We are unable to process returns and exchanges for International.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.

PayPal Returns

When you use PayPal, we will refund you the following: Online returns are refunded to your PayPal account

We only accept even exchanges for PayPal returns — an additional form of payment or credit card is required for uneven sales.

Cancellation :

In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please contact us by email at Jesus.myboaz@boazfaith.com as soon as possible after placing your order, and Customer Service will advise if cancellation is available. We cannot combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If your order cannot be canceled, it will be processed, and, subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent upon shipping. Once the order is delivered, any items that meet the return conditions can be canceled by following the instructions for Returning Your Purchase above.
